HCS only accept returns of unopened goods for buyer's convenience. However the deadline is 7 days after the goods reception / arrival. In this case, buyers will be responsible for the shipping cost.
[For overseas delivery]
HCS cannot accept any returns for buyer's convenience. However, in case of receiving goods with initial failure such as damage, HCS will immediately exchange it for a good product. In this case, HCS will bear the shipping cost. If you need a return or exchange, please contact us.
